When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order at our manufacturing facility in Bangkok. To estimate your delivery date, add production time and shipping time together.
Production time by category:
- Swimwear: 6 to 8 working days
- Bodywear: 10 to 12 working days
- Neoskin: 18 to 22 working days
If your order contains items from multiple categories, the longest production time applies to the entire order.
Once production is complete, your order ships immediately. The shipping times shown above apply only from the moment your order leaves our facility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and in your account under “Orders”.
Note: Economy shipping for the United States works differently. If that’s you, please refer to “US economy shipping” below.
Economy shipping Sent from our facility via Thailand Post. You can track the parcel in your account or on the Thailand Post website. Once the parcel reaches your country, continue tracking on your local postal service’s website.
Express shipping Sent via DHL Express, with full door-to-door tracking. You can track the parcel in your account or on the DHL Express website.
What to expect from economy shipping
Economy is our most affordable shipping option. Transit times depend on the postal services in each country and can be unpredictable. The times shown above are based on our experience and are not guaranteed.
Economy shipping is not available to certain countries where local postal services have proven unreliable. In those cases, Express is the only option offered at checkout.
If speed matters, choose Express.
US economy shipping (label created, item not moving)
Orders shipped to the United States via economy are consolidated into weekly bulk shipments leaving our facility in Bangkok every Friday, transported to our fulfillment center in California, then handed over to USPS for final delivery.
Your tracking number is generated when your shipping label is created, which happens before the bulk shipment departs. During this period, tracking may show “label created” or no movement. This is normal.
Tracking updates begin once the bulk shipment clears customs, arrives at our California fulfillment center, and your order is handed over to USPS.
If you’re seeing no movement on your tracking, your order is most likely on its way to our US fulfillment center.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with very few exceptions. If your country doesn’t appear in the shipping address dropdown at checkout, we currently can’t ship there. Get in touch and we’ll see if there’s a way to make it work.
Import Fees
Orders shipped outside Thailand may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rates vary by country and order value. If you’re unsure what to expect, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Was my parcel lost?
For economy shipping, it’s normal to see no tracking updates for approximately 10 days after your tracking history shows the shipment has been loaded onto the plane.
We guarantee delivery but not delivery times. Transit times depend on the shipping method and the carrier. For economy shipping, we will only send a replacement if 60 days have passed since dispatch and the order has not been delivered.
Please follow tracking with your local postal service once the parcel reaches your country. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered, we consider it delivered.
Can I add a custom message to my parcel?
Custom delivery instructions such as “leave in the hallway” or “gate code 55555” cannot be added to the outside of the parcel and will be ignored. If you need special handling on delivery, please contact your carrier directly once tracking is active.
